       Let’s Get Scoopin’ comes to your home or commercial property regularly and clean up what the dogs leave behind. We are a pet waste management service. 

       It depends on how many pets you have, how often we visit your property and the size of the yard. We also provide one time clean ups for special occasions. Give us a call at 336-943-8770 

       We bill monthly so we can schedule and plan our routes to bring your pets the best service and lowest prices. 

        The only additional charge would be an additional fee for first visits, if your yard hasn’t been cleaned up in a while, and a $25 admin fee to initially set all up customers in the system.  

         No, most people work during the day and find it hard to be home.  We do come to your home for the free initial consultation, where we meet you and your pet(s), and go over some paperwork.  However, if you want to be there the first day, we can arrange a time to meet. Just let us know. 

          You can give it to us at the initial meet-up, we can stop by after the contract is signed, or you can leave it in a lockbox and give us the code to access the key when we come to scoop.  

        It’s easy to start up your service, all it takes is a phone call and we will come out for a consultation and some simple paperwork. The billing can be done on our website. We are gone most of the day scooping for other clients, so leave us a message or send us a text and we will return your call within 24 business hours. Please leave your name and number clearly and if you want your work number we will try to get back to you that day. 

          We do ask for dogs to be kept inside during your service, however IF proper introductions are made we may allow dogs to be out with the technician. If your dog(s) are nervous, unhappy or protective of their yard with people coming onto the property, or are a known bite risk we may ask for a text to confirm dogs are inside. 

        We do work in light rain, but not thunderstorms due to our metal tools. We do clean ups year round so, in the fall if your yard is covered in leaves, we will pick up only what we can see.  Snow can be just as hard to work in, we try to beat the snow but, that’s not always possible. Fresh snow will cover poop like the leaves will, so the same applies, if we can’t see it, we won't scoop up those piles until the next visit when they’re visible.    

          We provide HOA, apartment complexes, and park cleaning. We do dog parks and can service poop stations, call for an in person estimate.   

           We double bag all the poop and put it in a trash receptacle of the client’s choice.

       At Let’s Get Scoopin we strive to make our payment policy simple and convenient for our customers. We require autopay for all of our services, and payments are due on the 1st of the month. For new customers, the first month will be pro-rated based on the start week of service. This ensures you can focus on enjoying life not worrying about the yard.
